In the years 1995-97, she portrayed Linda Soto in ABC's soap show One Life to Live. She joined in 1999 on the team of CBS soap drama Guiding Light as Theresa Sandoval. Her film debut was as a character in Girl 6 in 1996. The actress then appeared on the shows New York Undercover, and The District. Navedo was on Double Take, an action-comedy film that debuted in 2001. The action drama Washington Heights was released the year after. From 2001 to 2004 Navedo appeared in a variety of roles in the NBC crime drama Law & Order as Detective Ana Cordova. Then, he was a part of Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages as well as Blue Bloods. Navedo has appeared in several different films, like El Cantante or Remember Me. Navedo played recurring roles on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit as well as How to Make It in America Golden Boy from 2011 through 2013. In 2013, she starred in the comedy film Superfast! The Fast and the Furious Parody, released in the year 2015, is a parody film of the Fast and Furious movie series. Navedo's professional life began in daytime soaps.
